FELICIA DEVINE
Felicia Devine, DC, BA is a Chiropractor and Wellness Practitioner, runner, cyclist, and former rugger. She was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, where her immediate family still lives. She received her BA in Biology with a focus in Neuroscience from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She played rugby and received her Doctorate degree with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
She has a passion for the outdoors and for exploring our vibrant world. Dr. Felicia moved to Berks County to be with her husband, Dr. Dan Ciabattoni, who practices Dentistry in Sinking Spring at Green Valley Dental (in the same building as wāv!)
Her mission as a chiropractor is serve and hold space for the disconnected so they may feel balanced, charged, and on purpose. Her passion for the healing arts stems from personal growth in self-awareness, mind-body-spirit integration, and self-empowerment through chiropractic treatment. She honors her patients for who they are, and as they are.
Dr. Felicia is Webster Technique Certified, and has advanced TMJD Training through Mitch Mally, D.C. and Alex Vidan, D.C.

TAYLOR SANDIN
Taylor Sandin, DC is a Chiropractor who was born and raised in Freehold, New Jersey. She received her BS in Sports Management along with a minor degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration and Communications at Kutztown University.
She was recruited to KU for the women’s lacrosse DII team where she played for 3 years and played rugby for her senior year of undergrad. She received her Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she continued to play rugby and worked in the Rehabilitation department.
Dr. Taylor moved back to Pennsylvania to be with her husband, Dr. Henrique Ribeiro, who is also a practicing Chiropractor. She enjoys being outdoors, doing any type of physical activity and watching a good movie with a big bowl of popcorn.
She is passionate about taking the full body and mind into consideration for health and wellness. She highlights functional movement as key through progressing treatment. She is very excited to treat and get to know each patient on their journey.

SARAH UETZ
Sarah Uetz has a degree in Hospitality from Penn State University. She is very passionate about her positive experience with chiropractic care and is excited to extend it to you!
Sarah and her family have seen first hand the benefits of chiropractic care and the knowledge and compassion that Dr. Felicia gives to her patients. She is passionate about the work she does and her ability to communicate with her patients about what exactly she is doing to your body creates a level of comfort.
In her free time Sarah enjoys vegetable gardening, cooking & baking, spending time with her family and cheering on Penn State Football. She has been married to her husband Steve for over 10 years and they have two young boys.

FRANCESCA PLITCHA
Francesca is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. After completing two years at the University of Houston, she moved back to her hometown to finish her degree at a state school.
She was first introduced to chiropractic care a few years ago after a car accident. Experiencing its transformative power firsthand, Francesca came to understand the importance of taking care of the body—both internally and externally. Both doctors at Wāv align with the philosophy of holistic self-care, which is evident in the office atmosphere and the relationships built with patients. Through her time at Wāv, Francesca has gained a deeper understanding of herself and valuable knowledge about the body’s natural recovery process.
When she’s not at the office, you can find her training at the gym for her first bodybuilding show, hiking in nature with her dog, Shiva, or watching the latest season of Survivor!

BROOKE MOWRY
Brooke Mowry received her Bachelor's degree in biology from Albright College in 2024. In the fall, she plans to attend Lancaster School of Massage to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Brooke was introduced to Wav when she shadowed Dr. Felicia for a morning and quickly came to love the people and the atmosphere! She is passionate about holistic wellness and is so grateful for the opportunity to work with a group of women who inspire and motivate her.
She recently ran her first marathon and is often training when she's not at work! Otherwise, she's a foodie, loves to travel, and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their pets.
