FELICIA DEVINE
Felicia Devine, DC, BA is a Chiropractor and Wellness Practitioner, runner, cyclist, and former rugger. She was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, where her immediate family still lives. She received her BA in Biology with a focus in Neuroscience from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She played rugby and received her Doctorate degree with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
She has a passion for the outdoors and for exploring our vibrant world. Dr. Felicia moved to Berks County to be with her husband, Dr. Dan Ciabattoni, who practices Dentistry in Sinking Spring at Green Valley Dental (in the same building as wāv!)
Her mission as a chiropractor is serve and hold space for the disconnected so they may feel balanced, charged, and on purpose. Her passion for the healing arts stems from personal growth in self-awareness, mind-body-spirit integration, and self-empowerment through chiropractic treatment. She honors her patients for who they are, and as they are.
Dr. Felicia is Webster Technique Certified, and has advanced TMJD Training through Mitch Mally, D.C. and Alex Vidan, D.C.

TAYLOR SANDIN
Taylor Sandin, DC is a Chiropractor who was born and raised in Freehold, New Jersey. She received her BS in Sports Management along with a minor degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration and Communications at Kutztown University.
She was recruited to KU for the women’s lacrosse DII team where she played for 3 years and played rugby for her senior year of undergrad. She received her Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she continued to play rugby and worked in the Rehabilitation department.
Dr. Taylor moved back to Pennsylvania to be with her husband, Dr. Henrique Ribeiro, who is also a practicing Chiropractor. She enjoys being outdoors, doing any type of physical activity and watching a good movie with a big bowl of popcorn.
She is passionate about taking the full body and mind into consideration for health and wellness. She highlights functional movement as key through progressing treatment. She is very excited to treat and get to know each patient on their journey.
Dr. Taylor is Webster Technique Certified through the ICPA

AMBER SHILLING
Amber has her Associates degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Berks Technical Institute.
Amber started coming to The Wāv Collective for chiropractic care and to take care of herself after having 2 babies within 15 months of each other! The biggest thing that has drawn her to wāv is how they bring the community together in different ways! Her care at wāv has helped her anxiety, headaches, and body pain which in return helps her be more active and present with her family as a wife and mom!
Amber is married to her amazing husband Adam, who also receives care at wāv! They have two beautiful girls and a German Shepherd, Kahja. Amber and her husband have a book business that they pour their hearts into. She loves crafting, being outside, and anything related to self care!

SARAH UETZ
Sarah Uetz has a degree in Hospitality from Penn State University. She is very passionate about her positive experience with chiropractic care and is excited to extend it to you!
Sarah and her family have seen first hand the benefits of chiropractic care and the knowledge and compassion that Dr. Felicia gives to her patients. She is passionate about the work she does and her ability to communicate with her patients about what exactly she is doing to your body creates a level of comfort.
In her free time Sarah enjoys vegetable gardening, cooking & baking, spending time with her family and cheering on Penn State Football. She has been married to her husband Steve for over 10 years and they have two young boys.

BROOKE MOWRY
Brooke is currently enrolled at Albright College, where she will earn her bachelor’s degree in biology in the spring of 2024. In the fall, she will begin classes at Palmer College of Chiropractic to become a D.C! (The same school Dr. Felicia and Dr. Taylor went to!) Her end goal is to extend natural healing potential to animals with animal chiropractic.
Brooke was introduced to Wāv when she shadowed Dr. Felicia for a morning to learn about the career and shortly came to love the people and the atmosphere! She is passionate about chiropractic care and holistic wellness, and is so grateful for the opportunity to work with a group of women who inspire and motivate her.
When she’s not in class or at work, she is an active member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority at Albright, and she’s soaking up the last of her undergrad experience. She loves to spend time with her family and in nature, and always has a coffee in hand and a good book in queue.
