Felicia Devine, DC, BA is a Chiropractor and Wellness Practitioner, runner, cyclist, and former rugger. She was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, where her immediate family still lives. She received her BA in Biology with a focus in Neuroscience from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She played rugby and received her Doctorate degree with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.


She has a passion for the outdoors and for exploring our vibrant world. Dr. Felicia moved to Berks County to be with her husband, Dr. Dan Ciabattoni, who practices Dentistry in Sinking Spring at Green Valley Dental (in the same building as wāv!)


Her mission as a chiropractor is serve and hold space for the disconnected so they may feel balanced, charged, and on purpose. Her passion for the healing arts stems from personal growth in self-awareness, mind-body-spirit integration, and self-empowerment through chiropractic treatment. She honors her patients for who they are, and as they are.

Dr. Felicia is Webster Technique Certified, and has advanced TMJD Training through Mitch Mally, D.C. and Alex Vidan, D.C.




Taylor Sandin, DC is a Chiropractor who was born and raised in Freehold, New Jersey. She received her BS in Sports Management along with a minor degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration and Communications at Kutztown University. 

She was recruited to KU for the women’s lacrosse DII team where she played for 3 years and played rugby for her senior year of undergrad.  She received her Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she continued to play rugby and worked in the Rehabilitation department. 

Dr. Taylor moved back to Pennsylvania to be with her husband, Dr. Henrique Ribeiro, who is also a practicing Chiropractor.  She enjoys being outdoors, doing any type of physical activity and watching a good movie with a big bowl of popcorn. 


She is passionate about taking the full body and mind into consideration for health and wellness.  She highlights functional movement as key through progressing treatment. She is very excited to treat and get to know each patient on their journey.

Dr. Taylor is Webster Technique Certified through the ICPA






Dr. Courtney is a Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer and Reiki Practitioner born and raised in Berks County, PA. She attended Ithaca College in New York for her Physical Therapy and Athletic Training education. She has experience working with both adolescent and collegiate athletes along with patients in acute care hospitals. While working in a hospital setting, she clinically concentrated in helping patients with acute traumatic injuries, orthopedic surgical recovery and concussion healing. 


She has a strong passion for holistic techniques including Reiki, aromatherapy, mindfulness and breathwork. She emphasizes the idea of humans having “four bodies” and believes that true wellness comes from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. 


Dr Courtney lives locally with her husband Ross and their three dogs. She is an avid reader, gardener and self-proclaimed foodie. 




Amy Hale has a BS in music therapy and has taught piano and guitar for over 15 years. She was born in Bethlehem, PA and has lived in Berks County for the past 9 years. Amy enjoys being outdoors, running, making music, and spending time with her husband and 3 boys. Amy has been married to the love her life, Mike, for 25 years and counting!

Amy brings a joyful energy to the office connecting with patients on their health journeys. 

Amy has seen the benefits first hand of the healing power of chiropractic care and the compassion that Dr. Felicia showers on her patients as a patient herself. She is delighted to be part of this growing team. 





Sarah Uetz has a degree in Hospitality from Penn State University. She is very passionate about her positive experience with chiropractic care and is excited to extend it to you!


Sarah and her family have seen first hand the benefits of chiropractic care and the knowledge and compassion that Dr. Felicia gives to her patients. She is passionate about the work she does and her ability to communicate with her patients about what exactly she is doing to your body creates a level of comfort. 

In her free time Sarah enjoys vegetable gardening, cooking & baking, spending time with her family and cheering on Penn State Football. She has been married to her husband Steve for over 10 years and they have two young boys.





Shelby has her Associates in Early Childhood Development from Purdue University and is earning her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition while studying behavioral analytics. She hopes to pursue a career in pediatric holistic care.

Shelby has been practicing yoga for over ten years and is certified through YACEP. Her passion is to combine yoga, nutrition, and other holistic outlets to help treat ADHD and other childhood disorders in the future.

Shelby started coming to Wav Collective for the sauna and then began chiropractic care. This care has helped her enjoy her hobbies more and be more present and active with her very active four-year-old daughter, Scarlett, and one-year-old border collie, Chip.

In her free time Shelby enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, doing yoga, and getting outside with her

daughter and dog. She loves frequenting farms and markets. One day she plans to travel with her soon-to-be husband, Cody, and of course Scarlett and Chip.




Fiene ("fee-knee") is the fur baby of Dr. Felicia and her husband Dan. She joined their family in late August 2020 and has been an integral part of the wāv team since day one.

She loves to play frisbee, give kisses, car rides, camping and trail running. 

She is working at wāv to create a safe and healing environment. Please be respectful of her space and her energy, she responds well to a calm approach.
